Thursday, January 17, 1 – 2:30 pm,
with Joyce Jay, EFT Practitioner and Educator.
We all know that inactivity leads to ill health and overweight. But we often have good reason for not being able to get up off that couch – PAIN! Actually, pain is a complex chemical reaction in the body that is magnified by our redundant negative thoughts – especially the subconscious thoughts. In other words, the body absolutely responds to what we think. The body is the physical manifestation of our conscious and subconscious mental and emotional programming. The body is the mind made manifest. If we can find a way to relax the mind (heal the mind!) we can reduce or completely release pain. Pain is a show stopper – it keeps us from being active!
Meridian tapping helps by relaxing the body. Relax the body and the mind follows. Relax the mind and the body follows. Either way we approach our discomforts, we cannot go wrong. Further, with meridian tapping, even if we cannot recall any memories contributing to the problem, or we know not any reason for the pain, we can get relief because we need not tap directly on the memories of traumatic events to get benefits. Rather we can tap on our redundant negative thoughts, or directly on the pain symptoms.
In this class you’ll learn and practice simple techniques. Come and learn and practice meridian tapping protocols that can be adapted to any problem you may have – even pain!
